Innovative Chemical Products is searching for a local Driver to join our team in Long Beach, CA.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk tanker products to customers.
• Deliver and pick up products and material to local Southern California customers and vendors.
• Some percentage of loads will require live load and unloads (hourly pay during these times).
• Complete a daily truck system log (electronic).
• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
• Manage routes and routines, proceeding in the most efficient way possible.
• Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel.
• Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
• Comply with all DOT and in‑house regulations and rules.
• While working in the plant: unload trucks, strap down flat‑bed loads, help wrap product before delivery, and support production as directed by the plant manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ local CDL‑A experience.
• Hazmat endorsement.
• Tanker endorsement.

Schedule

• Average 20‑25 hours per week driving (tanker, flat‑bed or van‑trailer deliveries).
• Average 20‑25 hours per week plant work (forklift operation, unloading, production support, plant upkeep).
• Local position – home nightly.
