Operational
- Deliver and receive petroleum products to and from company tanks, customer tanks, and airplanes as required
- Perform customer service activities, including fuel attendant duties
- Assist with gasoline pump meter readings, sales slips and credit card charges
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and requisition parts and repairs
- Perform or assist with weekly inspections of facilities
- Assist maintenance crews with maintenance and upgrades
- Track and reorder inventory
- Complete paperwork and update information into computer tracking systems
- Understand and implement company, state and federal regulations
- Act as a first responder to any spill incidents and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent or experience in lieu of education
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience operating vehicles that require a CDL
- Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word
Must Possess
- A valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker, Hazardous Materials and Air Brake endorsements
- A current Medical Certificate
Working Conditions
- Works both inside an office environment and also outside in conditions of both high and low temperatures
- May be exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially dangerous equipment
- Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom and be able to climb ladders
- Pull hose from truck to customers tank up to 125 to 150 feet
- May require extended use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor and ability to sit for long periods of time
