Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B)
About the role
You will deliver products to customers by making an average of 10-12 stops per day, while touching freight, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service. You are expected to accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up. You will complete hazardous material shipping order papers in accordance with DOT regulations. Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections and identify the need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance. You will build both relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs. You will continuously build your knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers with an average of 10-12 stops per day

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English
- Two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- Age 21 years or older
- Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain one within 60 days of hire
- No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years
- No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
- Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds
