Local Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Organize and load picked and prepared customer orders into delivery van according to order of delivery
• Complete daily delivery route(s) according to order identified using approved company software
• Professionally and politely interact with customers and deliver product to customer locations according to company policy
• Effectively refer customers to a member of the Sales team to answer relevant questions
• Maintain general cleanliness of delivery van
• Complete daily inspection of delivery van according to company policies
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
• Assist with store operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience: Class C license and a clean driving record
• Education: No degree required, but relevant skills and experience are valued
• Desired Traits & Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of the business model, strong work ethic, basic customer service skills, strong verbal communication skills, critical thinking ability, and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
