Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off automotive parts while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
- Ensure orders are properly fulfilled and provide outstanding customer service.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Take and follow directions from dispatcher, adhere to assigned routes, follow time schedules, use route navigation apps, and maintain a safe driving record.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.
- Absorb and follow directions, work well with others as part of a team, and assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Assist in any and all other store/warehouse duties (stock, parts pulling, etc.) as assigned.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
- Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
Qualifications
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Ability to meet company insurance requirements (must be 21 years old or over).
- Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
- Ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting (Auto Body Parts Collision Drivers must be able to lift 75 lbs).
