About the role
VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in New Braunfels, Texas. This is a full-time local contract position open to both local and traveler candidates. New graduates (CFYs) are welcome to apply, and school-based experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized education programs (IEPs) and communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support overall student communication success
- Conduct evaluations and track student progress with accurate, compliant documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team and IEP meetings
Requirements
- Valid Texas SLP license required
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $50.00 – $58.00 / hour
- Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week), 8-hour shifts
- Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year (37 weeks)
- Start Date: 09/07/2026
