Local Contract School Services - Speech Language Pathologist - $40-41 per hour

About the role

Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual or in-person services in a collaborative school environment, helping students build the communication skills they need to succeed throughout the school year in Jonesboro, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services through virtual or in-person delivery.
• Serve as a supervisor and support two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), ensuring quality services and compliance with applicable guidelines.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Experience providing school-based speech-language services and/or supervising SLPAs preferred.
