Local Contract School Services - Speech Language Pathologist - $48-49 per hour

About the role

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary students with diverse communication needs in the Mount Wolf and Manchester, PA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language assessments and therapy services to elementary students in general and specialized education settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student communication and educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting students who use AAC and other communication supports.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Active Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) School Speech and Language Pathologist PK-12 Certification.
• Previous school-based experience (Preferred).
