Local Contract School Services - Speech Language Pathologist - $47-48 per hour

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services Speech Language Pathologist for a local contract job in Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload spanning K-12 grade levels.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders to support students' academic success and functional communication.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or a qualified Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
• Ability to provide strictly in-person services and adapt to standard school-day schedules across various educational levels

Qualifications

• Experience in providing speech-language therapy services to students in K-12 settings
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong collaboration skills with educators and families

$47.00 - $47.90 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Schedule

Full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week and paid sick leave.
