Local Contract School Services - Occupational Therapist - $46-52 per hour

Empower students to reach their full potential and be a champion for student success! Cross Country Education is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to support vibrant school communities in Howell, MI and help shape the future for students during the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and provide direct therapy services for children ages 3–5 in accordance with individualized treatment plans across various campuses.
• Assess developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills, and develop appropriate intervention strategies to support school readiness and participation.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to monitor progress and adjust services as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapy License
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services to children in an early childhood setting (ages 3–5)

Pay

$46.10 - $52.30 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.

Schedule

21 hours per week, 7 hours shift.
