About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Berlin, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services under the supervision of a physician.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Vermont.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Passing scores on relevant certifications.
Skills
- Proficiency in using respiratory equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 16, 2026, and a duration of 4 weeks.
