About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 9, 2026, in McMinnville, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services under the supervision of a physician.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Assess patients' respiratory status and document findings.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Train patients and their families on proper respiratory care techniques.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 9, 2026.
