About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services under the direction of a physician.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Assess patients’ respiratory status and document findings.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in North Carolina.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ALS) and basic life support (BLS).
Qualifications

- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to the healthcare industry.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 29, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
