Local Contract Radiation Therapist, Radiation Oncology - $44-48 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Radiation Therapist for a local contract job in McMinnville, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy services under the supervision of a physician.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in radiation therapy treatments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Monitor patients during treatments and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Document patient information and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment and techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
