Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit setting.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current RN license in North Carolina.
- Experience in progressive care unit preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Completion of an approved clinical rotation.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
