American Medical Staffing is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation contract assignment in Gloucester, Virginia. The position starts on July 27, 2026, lasts for 13 weeks, and works 40 hours per week in a 5x8-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services for patients in their homes
- Utilize Oasis documentation proficiency to ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping
- Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy strategies to improve mobility and function
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of home health experience after graduation
- Valid Physical Therapist license in VA or willingness to obtain
- Willing to obtain State licensure
- Preferred skills: Home health experience, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
