Local Contract Physical Therapist - $55-64 per hour

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Hope, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient settings.
• Work independently in a smaller team environment.
• Manage caseloads in mixed settings, including inpatient and outpatient services.
• Utilize EMR/documentation systems as needed.
• Adapt to changing schedules and environments.

Requirements

• Active Arkansas PT License.
• Current AHA BLS Certification.
• Minimum 2-5 years of management experience in a therapy setting.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems.
• Strong time management and adaptability in mixed settings.
• Prior experience in rural or critical access hospital settings (preferred).
• Ability to float between inpatient and outpatient caseloads (preferred).
• STRONGLY preferred: Trubridge/CPSI EMR experience.
