Local Contract Physical Therapist - $51-55 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week duration at 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts, days shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
