About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Woodruff, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patients' physical condition and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Current CPR certification.
