Local Contract Physical Therapist - $50-56 per hour

Coverage Areas: Morgan City LA, parts of Jeanerette, Charenton, Baldwin, Franklin, Centerville, Ricohoc, Patterson, Berwick, Morgan City, Stephensville, up to Pierre Part, Amelia, Bayou Lourse, part of Gibson (Bayou Black Rd, up until the school).

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
• Accurately document patient assessments, progress, and care plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered home health services.
