Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients, utilizing your PT expertise.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility and function, leveraging your key skills in rehab and therapy.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the leadership team, ensuring compliance with health standards and contributing to a supportive care environment.

Requirements

• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Valid Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain).
• Be willing to work flexible start dates and schedules.
• Must have strong patient-centered care skills.
