About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patients’ physical condition and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
