Job Summary

Join a collaborative outpatient physical therapy practice providing evidence-based, one-on-one patient care. New graduates receive structured mentorship, while experienced clinicians have opportunities for specialty practice and leadership growth.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized physical therapy care.
  • Educate patients on recovery and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Active or eligible Washington PT license.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $82,000–$105,000+ annually

LanceSoft specializes in providing Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, LPNs/LVNs, Social Workers, Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants to work in Acute Care Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care centers, Rehab Facilities, Behavioral Health Centers, Drug & Alcohol Facilities, Home Health & Community Health, Urgent Care Clinics, and many other provider-based facilities.

Schedule

  • Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
  • Monday & Friday required for new hires
  • No weekends or on-call

Patient Volume

  • 9–11 patients per day
  • 40–60 minute one-on-one treatment sessions
