Local Contract Physical Therapist - $48-50 per hour

About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Maryland.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology relevant to physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
