Local Contract Physical Therapist - $37-46 per hour

About the role

Phaxis is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Nashville, TN, where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. This position is for a Post-op Orthopedic Clinic and will require such experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate post-op patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on recovery, precautions, and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with physicians on patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapy in the state of TN.
• Experience with Outpatient setting and Post-op Orthopedics required.
• At least 1-2 years of experience preferred (but not required).
• Dry Needling Certification preferred.
