Local Contract PACU Registered Nurse - $35-42 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week, 40-hour per week position in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care under the supervision of an anesthesia provider.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
• Assist with patient transfers and coordinate with other healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A current RN license in Indiana.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in PACU preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and protocols.
