Local Contract PACU Registered Nurse - $26-31 per hour

About the role

We are seeking a local contract nurse RN for a PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) position in Russellville, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the care of patients immediately following anesthesia
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers
• Ensure patient comfort and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas
• Experience in PACU preferred
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Knowledge of post-anesthesia care protocols
