Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Ellicott City, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses in a long-term care setting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care
- Develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current state RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience in long-term care
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities and services
- Experience with managing a team of healthcare professionals
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
