Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Mandan, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of nurses in a long-term care setting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care
• Develop and implement care plans
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff
• Assist with staffing and scheduling
• Participate in performance evaluations and staff meetings
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Dakota
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or acute care settings
• Experience managing a team of nurses
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Passport required for international assignments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel

Skills
