Local Contract Nurse RN - Manager, Long Term Care - $33-38 per hour

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Manager, Long Term Care for a local contract nursing job in Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses in a long-term care setting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement care plans
- Assess patient needs and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience in long-term care settings
- Experience with long-term care regulations and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities and services
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
- Passion for providing quality patient care
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of long-term care policies and procedures
