Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Long Term Acute Care Manager for a local contract nursing job in Girard, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses in a long-term acute care setting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Oversee daily operations and ensure quality patient care
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in long-term acute care
- Experience managing a team of nurses
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of long-term acute care protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Previous experience in a managerial role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
Skills
