Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a local contract job in Falls Church, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers
- Prepare patients for nuclear medicine procedures
- Operate equipment to capture images of the body
- Document patient information accurately
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Virginia
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
