About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a local contract job in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  • Prepare patients for imaging studies, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort.
  • Accurately administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during and after procedures.
  • Record and report patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Colorado.
  • Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program.
  • Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program.
  • Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Colorado.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using nuclear medicine equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.

Pay
