About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a local contract job in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort.
- Accurately administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during and after procedures.
- Record and report patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Colorado.
- Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program.
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Colorado.
Skills
- Proficiency in using nuclear medicine equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
