Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a local contract job in Wailuku, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine techniques.
• Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures.
• Administer radioactive pharmaceuticals and monitor patient responses.
• Record patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Hawaii.
• Experience in nuclear medicine preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program.
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.

Skills

• Proficiency in nuclear medicine equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
