About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a local contract job in Dover, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures
- Administer radioactive pharmaceuticals to patients
- Record patient data accurately and maintain patient records
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in New Hampshire
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
