About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in Maryland.
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Current ACLS certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skills
- Proficiency with medical equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations.

Pay
