About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Salisbury, North Carolina. This role offers 40 hours per week, with a 13-hour shift, days.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in North Carolina
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
