About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure proper patient positioning during procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Maryland.
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of catheterization laboratory techniques and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating catheterization laboratory equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
