About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Hampton, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures.
- Operate equipment and monitor patient responses during procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Virginia.
- Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) examination.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating interventional radiology equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
