Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Interventional Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and applying contrast media.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture images during procedures.
• Assist with patient care and monitoring during and after procedures.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current license/certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Tennessee.
• Experience in interventional radiology or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating interventional radiology equipment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.

Skills

• Proficient in using interventional radiology equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills for working with patients and medical staff.
• Strong organizational skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
