Assured Nursing is seeking a local contract Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Billings, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience in home health care.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the designated area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
