Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Garden City, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in New York State.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
