Local Contract Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $46-54 per hour

About the role

The Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 8-week, 40-hour per week position in Madras, Oregon. Shifts are 8 hours, days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Manage staff and resources effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
