About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a local contract job in Lebanon, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services under the direction of a physician.
- Assess patients’ respiratory status and develop treatment plans.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Missouri.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to respiratory therapy.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
