Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
