Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $60-70 per hour

About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Covington, Louisiana. The shift is 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in Louisiana
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
