Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $66-70 per hour

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering sedation and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate equipment and ensure proper patient positioning.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate patient records.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized training program in cath lab technology.
• Current CPR certification.

• Proficiency in operating cath lab equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
