Local Contract Cath Lab Technologist - $65-69 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Cath Lab Technologist for a local contract job in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
• Ensure sterile technique and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in Wisconsin.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating catheterization laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
