Local CDL A Yard and Shuttle Driver - $28.25 hr - Thur, Fri, Sat

Local CDL A Yard and Shuttle Driver position in Mountain Top, PA. Temp-to-hire assignment with a schedule of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 pm to 10 am.

About the Role

• Mostly yard jockey work, with occasional local shuttle runs outside the yard
• No-touch freight
• Equipment: Day Cab and Yard Truck

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role

Requirements

• CDL A license
• 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Pay

$28.25 per hour
