About the Role
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local routes delivering electrical supplies to customers. Equipment includes a day cab with a 48' flatbed and automatic transmission. Drivers load their own trucks using sit-down forklifts, while customers handle unloading.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A vehicles on local routes
- Transport electrical supplies in compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform loading tasks using sit-down forklifts
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role
Requirements
- 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- CDL A license
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Pay
$23 per hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start
